Entry-level position

We are looking for a Technical Support to join our Customer Service team in Albertslund. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our customers get the most out of our personal security system, with a focus on our ZONITH app for Android and iOS.   What You’ll Do/Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication & Setup: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and set up their ZONITH solutions.
  • Solution Configuration: Implement and configure systems, both in the cloud and on-premises servers, ensuring seamless installation and integration.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions (via Teams or onsite) to ensure users are well-equipped to use the system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting via phone and email.
  • Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure the continuous smooth operation of solutions, including setting up monitoring, backup/restore routines, and handling security protocols.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the international Customer Service team (Denmark and Finland) to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal solution performance.
  • Documentation: Document setups and configurations to facilitate easy maintenance and support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education and/or Work Experience: A background in IT, such as an IT Supporter, Computer Technician, Data Technician, or similar. The role is suitable for candidates at the beginning of their career.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, full working proficiency in both written and verbal (Danish and English). Other languages are considered as an advantage. Ability to work closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of teamwork to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: As we work with critical personal safety solutions, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
  • Starting time: We would prefer starting time to be in August.
